I am just trying to process my superannuation, and for 2 company files it will not process saying that 'the superfund details entered for xxxxx are invalid'
So I checked the details and they are correct. The employee has been with us a for a few years and have been paying super each month with no issues.
On the other company file, same thing .... but different employee.
The common denomintor is that they both belong to a BT Super Fund. Do you know if BT have changed anything, or if something has been changed in MYOB relating to BT Super Funds?

Having spent all morning on the phone ;-(
You need to contact BT super to find out new SPIN/USI - they have changed.
