URGENT: First payroll of the year not recording
I need urgent help to get my payroll through today. It appears this issue is happening with others. After completing the payroll it is not going through to creating a payment file and does not record any information.
From other emails it looks like I need a script run . The last four digits of my serial number are: 6773 and File ID: 2
