Unable to sign up to Pay Super

Hi there,

 

I am trying to complete the set up of my client's AccountRight Plus file by signing up to Pay Super so I can add in regulated and SMSF's. 

The client has set up a direct debit for the subscription so we are not in a trial basis anymore.

Everytime I try to sign in for the Pay Super, get this message "Whoops, something went wrong!" (see attached).

I have used the same email address and password as the one used to sign up the subscription, I have called up customer support 4 times now and no-one can seem to tell me what the problem is. I seem to get a different story every time. Can someone please tell me the real reason why this isn't working so I can get this sorted asap? I have waited hours on hold!

    So that I can look into this for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business file name 
    • Email used when trying to sign up

      Hi Sam,

       

      I have had the file owner login and try to sign up to Pay Super like you requested, but shet ran into the same problem. I provided you with the serial number, and file name.

       

      Please help! We need this issue solved asap!
