Unable to sign up to Pay Super
Hi there,
I am trying to complete the set up of my client's AccountRight Plus file by signing up to Pay Super so I can add in regulated and SMSF's.
The client has set up a direct debit for the subscription so we are not in a trial basis anymore.
Everytime I try to sign in for the Pay Super, get this message "Whoops, something went wrong!" (see attached).
I have used the same email address and password as the one used to sign up the subscription, I have called up customer support 4 times now and no-one can seem to tell me what the problem is. I seem to get a different story every time. Can someone please tell me the real reason why this isn't working so I can get this sorted asap? I have waited hours on hold!
