Unknown Code error

Question

My client tried to change details of an employee and a message has come up with a message Something gone wrong. I have search errors and there was none for this one. There has been a prvious solved case but MYOB had fixed.

Thanks for your post. There is a script we can run over the file to resolve this, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of the product serial number and file ID of the file&nbsp;(This can be found by going to Help &gt; About MYOB AccountRight) so I can have this arranged to be run over the file.&nbsp;
