Verification photos not appearing in MYOB teams

Please help - I am trying to view the verification photos in MYOB teams but none are appearing

    Can you please try accessing this on a different browser or clear browser cache, and check if you're still experiencing the same problem ?

        Hi CarynSpen021 

        As a test, can you get someone to upload a photo again and confirm if you can then see it properly? It could be a glitch if the photo was not uploaded properly or if there were connection issues t the time of uploading pictures. Can you please also confirm if it's happening for all the employees or only a few?
