emailing System.InvalidCastException

I have just been on the phone for over 4 hours - i have spoken to 2 representatives and the line dropped out ....

 

 

i need to solve this problem immedidately and am not prepared to hold on for hours .....   please ring me back immedidately

    Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear you had this experience with our phone support. I have addressed your issue in this thread: MYOB Accountright - Cannot email payslip.

     

    A bit more information here:

     

    A viable workaround if you are working online is to use the online emailing function instead of Outlook. If you prefer using Outlook, these errors are most often be fixed by one of the following:

     
    A. Quick Repair office (any missing files should be added back)
    B. Re-Register Outlook DLL files and Check/Fix Registry Keys (there are 3 to complete)

    Step B would require an IT Professional, MYOB cannot assist stepping through this, as this is an environmental issue, with Windows having missing or incorrect information. I have found this information to help: Microsoft Outlook error.
