Version 19 created Excel output for the GL Summary report with negatives as "1234.56cr", but I think AccountRight lIve does this correctly.

As you noted, I know the AccountRight lIve (v2021) can display it as negative numbers.
Since I have a couple of company file which cannot go online due to our licence, I just wanted to know any other way, but thank you!
I am sitll looking to change the background from white to none, so if you know any solution, your input is highly appreciated.
Hi EEAD , you originally said that you wanted the cell borders back. This is an Excel setting under File, Options, Advanced, Display Options for this worksheet, and tick the option to show gridlines. You can edit the source template as before, and change then save it. You will get gridlines across all the transaction rows.
Note: Be careful to close your edited template before sending any MYOB report to Excel, or your report will appear in the actual template!
I use an Excel macro to help with changing numeric cells containing "cr" to negative numbers.

I believed this was special setting of the system but it was simple excel setting.
