Enable surcharge

Client wishes to enable surcharging but the option to select an income account to record the surcharge is greyed out and cannot be selected.

    Thanks for your post. This does seem strange, so I can look into this can you please confirm if the client is using AccountRight or Essentials (MYOB Business).

      AccountRight. This file was recently converted to AccountRight from AccountEdge, not sure if that is relevant to the problem.

        HI kikidedes

         

        Converting from AccountEdge to AccountRight shouldn't affect this, can you please clear your AccountRight cache and try again. If this doesn't work, can you please open the file via a the web browser option and attempt to apply for online payments by going to the business name > Sales settings > Payments tab.
