Hi PhantomPE , the quickest option is to export your items to a text file then open it in Excel. Those account fields are included in the export.

Thank you, I tried to export but i couldnt save as excel and what I could see it did not show the expense acc

Hi PhantomPE , you have to save the file as txt first, then open in Excel. (Or open the text file at the end of the export, using the displayed link, select all the text, copy it, then paste to a blank excel worksheet).
The expense account is referred to as the cost of sales account.
