Importing Selling Price for Inventory Items that have Quotes
I need to update Base Selling Unit for many items (10000+) but we have Quotes for the items. How do we update without turning Quotes to Orders or Invoices?

You should still be able to import and update the selling price when you have sales quotes for the items. What happens when you tried to import? What's the error message from the import log? And is your company file online or on local computer?
