In Tray

I have had this problem for a while now, but I was just wondering if anyone can help.  When I link a document to a bill, I have old bills from 2015 still in the list that haven't been linked.  Is there any way I can remove the unlinked bills from the list, so I don't have to go through thousands to find the bill I want to link.  Before you say select the supplier, I have already done that and there are still thousands.

PS  I have done some research and it seems to be the pre-conversion transactions.  Even when I link a bill, they aren't removed from the list.

    Hello JenelleO 

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum

     

    You are able to remove unlinked documents from the In Tray, When selecting a document there should be a delete button you can select across the top of that window.

    I have attached a Help Article on working with in tray documents for reference.

      That is not what I meant.  I mean the myob entries from the pre-conversion.  They are listed since 2015.  So everytime I want to link a document I have thousands to go through.
