Invoice reminder option is blank?

When is this going to be fixed by MYOB. It's been 5 months now and we've had many software updates but it still doesn't work!!

We really should be getting some sort of answers from MYOB- we're paying for a service that isn't fully functional. Imagine if we provided this service to our customers!

Better yet, why not also increase your prices while trying to promote an inferior product!

It has been 10 months and it's still not working. Is anyone from MYOB working onfixing this or has it been put in the too hard basket?

@JimmyL  I think they are wanting to push us all to the online version, which will never happen for me until they get the inventory working in it.
You can change the reminder options in the online version - in the contacts (I think) tab. A pain, but workable.

Its now January 2024 and the issue has still not been resloved.

Won't ever be resolved because there's a "workaround". I believe that takes it off the list of things to be fixed.

Hi everyone, 

Thanks for posting and following up on this concern. 

This is caused by internal preference inside the Internet Explorer which is hard to alter. Currently, the only option is the workaround that @H-TS is referring to.

The workaround is opening app.myob.com in the browser and editing the settings from Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings. 

In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.
