Linked receipts (myob web) not visible in AccountRight app

We have linked receipts to transactions from web based myob.

When we go to AccountRight on the desktop, the linked receipts are not visible, though the transactions are. 

 

Any ideas?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! I was able to replicate this in my end without any issues. Could you please try clearing your AccountRight cache and check if it resolves for you.
