MYOB keeps shutting down

In the past two weeks I have had MYOB shut down on me 3 times while I was in the middle of invoicing a sale.

Usually when I go to build the product.

I am using Account Right.

    Is it the blue circle of death?  I've noticed this since using inventory

      No it just shuts down instantly. Very strange

      AND I lose all the details I input on the invoice as well.

    Can you please detail if you are getting any error messages when this is happening. You could try giving AccountRight a reinstall to see if this improves it. 

     

    I have attached a Help Article on a potential error I believe might be showing on somethings gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close. This will give some different steps based on the error log.

    Please let me know if this helps or if you are getting another error.

      No error message, just an instananeous shut down.

        But then I have just had it shut down with an error message twice.

        In both cases the Code was Unknown
