Subscription expired

I tried to log in to the company file today and it told me the subscription has expired.  I then paid using the quote reference number as it said I would be able to use the file immediately once i made payment this way but i'm still getting the subscription expired message.

    I've moved the company file to the new entitlement this should allow you to access that company file as intended now and going forward as well.
