Unable to print sales receipts

I am unable to print sales receipts - nothing shows in the print review and advance settings have been used to try and rectify the issue with no success.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! We do have a script that we can run over your file to resolve this, if you can please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID so that I can have this arranged. (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      Thanks for your reply Melisa

       

      The file ID is 3  and the last 4 digits of serial no. 2742
