invoice template (ship to)

How come when I create my invoice either in the contact card and select invoice details the same as ship to the company name is not included with the address and how do I add this even if I try and put in the address section it will not display the name and every finance company is requesting it!

    Hi

     

    have you checked the invoice template you use to verify that the ship to text box is included?

     

    to do this go to customise forms and select sales and then the default form you use , open it and verify that the ship to box is there . If not add it
