Email bouncing back, Diagnostic code rejected

We have a customer whose email has started bouncing back.  Can you please check if it is blacklisted and remove if it is.

Thanks for your post. I hope you will find it to be a great resource and place of information.

 

Generally speaking a rejected diagnostic code means that the recipients end has rejected the incoming email. I have check that there are few emails send to that email address yesterday and have not been opened. Can you try whitelisting accountright@apps.myob.com ?
