Error when trying to access purchase register

Hi,

 

Every time I access the Purchases Register in AccountRight , I encounter an error that causes MYOB to shut down.  I've tried a lot of times, always fail to access. 

 

Error log and screenshot are attached.

Hi @YUTING 

 

Based off the error log it appears that the computer has Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms enabled and its conflicting with AccountRight. This is causing the crashes.

 

As this is a Windows security feature you would need to speak with your IT professional over whether disabling this protocol is right for you and the process of how to disable it on that computer
