Hi again Tracey, we tried the uninstall/reinstall in three of our network computers.  It was successful on the first, but the second and third had an issue with the installation of the API, which failed and rolled back.  How do we troubleshoot this? We reckon that this will affect either or all of the Paryroll Reporting or the Bank Feeds or the Emailing, not sure at this stage.

I currently have version 2020.2.1 account right. Is this the latest version?  Or is version 2020.2 a later version ?

The latest version is 2020.2.23.9038. You can check your version in Help>>About MYOB AccountRight>>Build
