Hi again Tracey, we tried the uninstall/reinstall in three of our network computers. It was successful on the first, but the second and third had an issue with the installation of the API, which failed and rolled back. How do we troubleshoot this? We reckon that this will affect either or all of the Paryroll Reporting or the Bank Feeds or the Emailing, not sure at this stage.
