Normally I am able to set Invoice Reminders for each Customer from the selling details tab on the individual customer card in Accountright. Today I have tried to do the same although when I click on the Invoice Reminders tab, the pop-up window remains blank and does not load any of the options. I have logged into the online MYOB and appear to be able to complete it there. Please help as this is a time waster having to go to the online version all the time

My apologies, We do recommend to open the AccountRight browser app.myob.com. Go into Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings.
