The MYOB had already upgraded to 2019.2.1 and that when the discrepancy came out. I have received a request from the Social Support team for further information, which I got back more than a week and yet no reply nor solution been received.
From previous posts, it's an upgrade error and needs data repair to the MYOB file. Is there anything you can help?

How are you going with this? Has this been resolved? As far as I am aware this has been fixed. I'll link you to Incorrect Entitlement Balance reports after upgrading to AR 2019 which may help.

According to all previous posts, MYOB needs to perform a data repair to the upgraded MYOB file. It's been more than a week after the Social Team contacted me, I'm still awaiting for the Social Team to get back to me how they gona perform the data repaire. So this is still unsolve...unfortunately.
