I have an empoylee who has been working as a casual but is now working with us as a permanent full-time employee.
The only probem is the change happened mid-way through the pay cycle.
How do I pay the casual hours as well as the permanent hours . They are different rates.

Hi,
The employee card needs to be updated as you probably know . add the new rates and add to standard pay
so you can keep the old rates and add the new rates and make the necessary adjustments in the payrun
After this payrun you can change the employee card to just show the new rates
Be aware that depending on how it is set up you may also need to amend leave allowances
