Night shift pay with loading

Hi,

I have a employee who has gone to night shift for a couple of months. He will be getting paid his normal rate of pay with 30% loading on top for the night shift.

How do I code this in his profile/card so I am able to process payroll?

Thank you.

To report this on the payroll for this employee, you would need to create a new wage category and link it to the employee.  For example, creating the wage "Night Shift" that calculates as a multiplyer of their normal rate. Link the category to the employee and you can enter this on the payrun. More information in the linked articles.
