PayRoll features in Web Browser version

I have 2 questions

1) is there any way to sort the employees alphabetically by the SURNAME ? The web browser version sorts using the First name (crazy I know!!)

2) Does the Web Broswer version allow you to use a customised Payslip ???

I am bitting the bullet and trying to use the web browser version which I find to be clunky and not user friendly, however this will be difficult if it cannot offer ALL the same features as the current online version - seems very silly that simple features we are all used to are missing for the web version

Re: PayRoll features in Web Browser version

Hello @1300HOTAIR

The web browser mode does sort via the first name, there isn't a way to change this.

The web browser doesn't use customised forms.

I have attached a Help Article on what you can and can't do in AccountRight web browser, to outline the features, which is updated as more become available.

Kind regards,
Chris

Re: PayRoll features in Web Browser version

I would definitley like to see company logo on payslips, like we've always been able to do. Why would the feature not be available anymore?

Re: PayRoll features in Web Browser version

Hello @Kylie10

Sorry in my delay in responding to you.

The customised forms will still work in the desktop software, not all the features are currently available in the web browser version of AccountRight.

Our team is working on adding these in and will update our Help Article on what can and can't be done in AccountRight web browser as things are added.

I hope this clears up any confusion I may have caused.

Kind regards,
Chris
