combine employee's cards

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have accidentally duplicate an employee's card (not knowing it already existed on the system but was inactive), that I would like to combine together. Is there anyways to do that with employee's cards?&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks in advance for your help,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi Sam,&nbsp;No there were no pending super payments in the old card. &nbsp;I needed the problem fixed urgently as the return was overdue so I took the following steps:&nbsp; (the long way around)&nbsp;reversed all the payroll payments that were linked to his new card,I made his old card active again and updated information that had changed (i.e. hourly rate, bank details);deleted the new card,re-entered the reversed pay transactions - which then linked to the old (now current) card; &nbsp;&nbsp;I was then able to submit the “pay Super” report for the last quarter.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Kind regards,Kathy

Hi&nbsp;AmarooMandalay&nbsp;Employee cards cannot be combined in AccountRight. You will have to inactivate the card that you do not wish to use moving forward.&nbsp;

This doesn't work.&nbsp; I have the same problem and the first card was made inactive when the employee left the first time.&nbsp; Even if I take out the super membership # from the old card &amp; de-activate again, the Pay Super is still rejecting the new card.

Could you please advise if the employee has any pending super payments in the Pay Superannuation/manage payments window from the old employee card?&nbsp;
