Journals no longer being created

Hi all, my payroll problems are not yet resolved. The journals are not posting to my MYOB file and if I try to log in I get the error message as attached. I really need to sort this out and would appreciate some asssitance please as my wages clearing account is getting more and more out of balance.

Hi @HethBennett 

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

The team was aware of this and found a way to resolve the error. In order to resolve it, I would recommend reinstalling the software using the below link which would the necessary files. 

 

https://exo.myob.com/MYOBPayroll/EAP/2023.1/MYOBPayroll2023-1.exe

Hi Cel, I did this and the last recorded transaction is now for 16 March. The other transactions are in my backup but when I restored using the latest backup I cannot create journals any more.

I'm really not sure what to do next!

Hi there, ok I've managed to get back online but now I am getting the attached fault message. Really don't know what to do here! Thanks for any assistance.

The pop-up message mentions that some account codes are missing. Kindly click on this Link, This is a helpful article where you can navigate and check for the missing codes and enter an account code.
