Attachments on Spend Money entries won't display

Hello.  I'm a recent subscriber to MYOB and have manually entered a pile of transactions. I've linked relevant receipts, but when I click on the hyperlink at the top left of an individual entry (which is meant to display the linked file), nothing happens.  I've tried in both Safari and Google Chrome with no luck.  Is it something to do with the free trial period?  That said, I've just rolled over to a paid subscription as of last Friday.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi MMiad68 

     

    Thanks for your post. I am able to open the attachments to my spend money transactions in my own software.

     

    The steps I take: I create a Spend Money, add the attachment, Record the Spend Money. When I click on Attachments (1) it shows in More information at the bottom of the window and I can select the download icon next to the file I uploaded which will then download in the browser to view. See my screenshot:

     

     

    Let me know if this doesn't work for you and which steps you take to attach and download the attachment.
