Hi Team, Adding a new item to the wishlist to have a dynamic hyperlink based on the merge/data fields on the invoice template. It would be really helpful to add a link that redirects to an external page with invoice-specific details. I feel the wording in MYOB is too confusing and the payment terms need to be simplified like: COD 7 Days 14 Days 30 Days Net 30 Days EOM Recurring Monthly on day   I have to actually think about the standard ones on MYOB.  I feel my above suggestions are more simple and easy to understand.  After all MYOB is meant to be easy to use, which it is and I love it, but these payment terms really need to change and be updated to keep the processes simple.   "Payment Terms" ... HI, it would be really helpful if i could follow the path of the activity slip (not the time version) all teh way through to the invoice that is generated.   i do an activity report and it shows that they are not billed, yet when i go to the customer it has an invoice ....... as i am unable to get a report that has the link that joins them both - being the activity slip ID - i am unable to work out what has gone wrong.   cheers F   "Sales report that has the invoice and the activity slip ID" ... We have generated QR codes for our suppliers. We have generated QR codes for all of our stock lines that include MOQ, TABS and Item Numbers. Everything works perfectly until there are outstanding orders for a supplier. We then get the dreaded pop up window that lists the outstanding orders. The pop up window stops the process and requires manual user intervention. Can you please make the existing orders pop up an option under the <Setup><Preferences><Purchases> tab "Display outstanding/existing orders Y/N ?" The Credit Limit field is not available for selection on any Debtors report, yet this is a critical field enable good receivables management.  Whilst I can export the data from the Card files and do a vlookup in Excel, it's not practical to do this each time.  This field needs to be available for adding into any Sales report but especially the Receivables/Ageing reports.   "Credit Limit field not available on any Debtors report" ... Copied from the Community   Post 1: Standard functionality in many other accounting systems that I have used is the ability to combine multiple customer Purchase Orders (POs) to a single customer invoice.   It could be as simple as adding a "Purchase Order" column in the item number table array when creating an invoice and then only allowig part numbers to be selected that are from that PO.   The reasoning being is that often customers will create mutiple POs ongoing, but want parts shipped on particular days based on demand or availability.   MYOB needs the ability to combine multiple POs to a single invoice as this is standard functionality for suppliers to autmotive, medical and larger JIT (Just In Time) organisations.   Post 2:  Often with us, we will be sent multiple POs from our customers. Since we are manufacturing for sale, and we have multiple operations, parts from different POs wil be ready at the same time for invoicing.   Using the current MYOB methodology, if I had 20 parts on 10 POs for a customer, I would have to print or email 10 different partial invoices. This seems cumbersome and also precludes me from using the MYOB quote-order-invoice process.   Ideally, when creating an invoice, after a customer has been selected,  if there was a column for PO number I could select the a PO and then the associated parts linked to that PO number before creating the invoice.   This then would update each individual order with invoiced quantity and create a single amalgamated invoice.   Please consider it as a requirement as this is standard funtionality in other accounting/inventory systems I have used previously.  Currently we are raising invoices with PO numbers as a memo comment which is a disaster waiting to happen.    I'm sure if you sent out a poll, many MYOB customers would require this as standard funtionality.  "Multiple Purchase oder items on a single invoice" ... HI all,   When invoicing for reimbursable expenses, post selection of the expenses and they are added to the invoice to the customer if they are invoices incurred by "my company" to be on costed, MYOB only places the description of the expense. Is there a way to have the original expense invoice number listed on the customers invoice?   Or better still is there a way to have a copy of the original expense invoice to be reimbursed (already in MYOB by InTray) drag through as an attachement to the customers invoice? It would be useful for the automatically generated invoice reminders (for overdue invoices) to record a contact log entry. At present, there is no way I know of to easily check that they've been sent except to go to the invoice and look at the activity, or go to 'sent emails' and filter a potentially long list.   "Invoice reminders sent automatically to create contact log" ... Dear Technical support   When emailing invoices from myob app our client requires to cc people on the email however only has the option of the 1 contact coming up. In construction in QLD invoices are default due "25 Business Days" from the date of claim. This is not an option in the customers card file which is frustrating because it is never a fixed date given weekends and public holidays. Customers then get an overdue notice when the auto overdue remonders etc go out.    Is it possible to do this keeping in mind you would need to have MYOB calculate this and it needs to know which days are public holidays.    "payment terms - additional option" ... Hello,   When creating a new Job number, a field that would be useful would be a 'Purchase Order' number from the client. Currently, the fields available are job number, Sub job of, job name, description, contact name, % complete, start date, finish date, manager name, Linked customer. As well as the Linked customer, an additional field named 'Purchase Order" under the Linked customer field would be useful when invoicing the job to the customer.   If other businesses agree this report would be useful, please Like/Agree/Vote with this post, and hopefully MYOB will add this in future updates. When setting up new customers, I have to save the card first, then go back in and turn on the invoice reminders. It would be much more useful to do this all in one step and would reduce the number of times we forget to turn it on.
