Customer payment declined. How to reconcile this?

    Hi

    indeed it does make sense

     

    i suggest you leave the original payment as is

    the returned payment and subsequent payment code to exactly the same account code and tax code, I suggest a clearing account if you have one , or just the usual expense code you use
