GST Return Report Error

Hi,   I am trying to create the GST Return Report for the April - June Qtr but as we report PAYG Withholding on a monthly basis, I would like to select the option for Monthly PAYG Withholding and it doesn't allow me to. 

Can this be changed to be able to select the option for Monthly PAYG Withholding

I just had this problem and after I clicked on teh Rest button (far right) it allowed the Monthly option.
