Something went wrong when try to Deleting a bill payment

Hi,

 

Is anyone have an issue like this before?

 

I tried to deleting a bill payment, when I click on the PJ number. I always get an error page which is said "something went wrong". I need to change the applied purchase return date.

 

Would anyone can help me to fix this.

Hi Sufi

 

You are trying to delete the bill ( PJ number)

 

To delete the payment find the Bill , go to the history button in the bill and click on it. This will bring up the payment which you can then delete and reenter

Welcome to the Community Forum ! If you're still having troubles deleting the payment after following @LRBooks61 instructions, can you please attach a screenshot of the error so I can investigate this further for you.
