Suggestion MYOB own bill straight to in tray

Just a question/suggestion:

Why MYOB own bills are not automatically in tray or emailed to owner/accountant? Why we can have Officeworks invoices straight in MYOB tray but have to log on to our MYOB account and download the invoice? It is a case of a cobbler without shoes...
