User access with banking role

Hi there,

I have assigned an user with banking role. When she tries to record receive money under banking module, she received an error message "you don't have permission to access...".

Can you please explain why? How can she record receive money/spend money transaction? which user role she needs？

Hi @Ann1 

Can you try giving them access to "Contacts" tab as well and let me know if they are then able to create spend/ receive money transactions?
