Can't process pay run

I am trying to process this week's pay run and can't go any further as I get a message to say

Your business is growing! We're here to grow with you

Your Payroll Only plan includes payroll for up to 4 employees per month.

Upgrade to Pro for unlimited employees, plus you'll unlock heaps of other features to help your business take that next big step.

 

I only have 3 employees and our subscription goes up on the 1st April.

    Hi lhpayroll,  as this is a unique error to you based on the number of employees paid for the month, I would recommend speaking with our support team instead of the community.
    You can either submit a case via myaccount.myob.com or you can reach our livechat team via our virtual assistant MOCA (also visible on the bottom right of the my account screen)

      I have been on the phone to them this morning for an hour and it still isn't resolved. Not happy
