Pay run wont process

Hi,

 

I've tried to process our first payroll of the new financial year several times today and the transactions won't save.  As I don't believe I have to "close a payroll year" any more, am I missing doing something new?

    MYOB not accepting payroll giving me 0 payments across the board, could anyone please provide suggestions on how to fix this

      Thanks for your posts. I'm looking into this with our teams, they have asked if you can confirm and try the following:

      • Clear your AccountRight cache 
      • Once cleared, can you process a pay for 1-3 employees. Does this work ?
      • If it doesn't work can you try for a single employee 
      • Can you confirm the date range of pay period 
      • Confirmation of the payroll year in setup > General payroll information 
      • Does processing payroll through the browser work ?

       

      If the above troubleshooting steps does not work can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file and attach it to this thread as a .TXT file so we can investigate.
