Changing Dates auto-populated when Processing Pays
Hi!
When I click on Process Pay, I get dates auto-populated for the Payment date and Period Start and End Dates. These are always close to what they should actually be, but not quite.
How do I get them to populate correctly so I don't have to manually adjust them each fortnight?

When you go to
- Payroll
- Process Payroll,
the payment date is set to the current date. For example, if you go to Process Payroll today, the payment date will be February 3,2025. This date is also used as the pay period end date, with the pay frequency selected determining the pay period start date. We know that it's more convenient to remember the pay period dates, and we suggest to post this on AccountRight Ideas Exchange board for our developers to review.
