Employee Onboarding Security

I understand this feature is a joint venture with 'Flare'. Who is responsible for any data breaches that arise as a result of a new employee using this feature? Flare or MYOB? (I was on hold for nearly three hours yesterday trying to get this answered, or at least a contact in Flare I could talk to - talked to three separate people who put me into another queue and the last one hung up on me!)
