When the STP gross figures don't align with the STP report sent to the ATO, it could be due to pay items categorised as 'Not Reportable'. To address this, we recommend reviewing individual payment summaries for each employee. These summaries include all pay items, whether reportable or not.
To access the payment summaries, navigate to Payroll > Single Touch Payroll reporting > EOFY finalisation > Click the three dots on the far right-hand side of the employee's name. This will allow you to verify the details and ensure accuracy.
