I have a new employee who will be handling payroll.
I have set up full access for her and she can create payruns etc. but she gets and error message when she tries to record the payrun
She has gone into STP and put her sign in information into STP and she can log onto the Payroll Reporting but I have obviously missed a set up that allows her to record a payrun.
Can anyone help
Thanks
Debbie

Hi, @Debbie-KEAD
Thanks for providing the requested screenshot.
As per checking the error you have received, this usually happens when the user recording the pay run is not yet added as a declarer to Single Touch Payroll. For further steps on how a user can be added as a declarer, kindly check The Help Article Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting. Once added, please have the user record the pay run again and see if the error message will show up.
Please let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Doreen

Hi
We have followed the steps as the Declarer. When we sign onto STP Reporting we do not receive the Overview option so it appears the new user has been set up correctly, however, we still have the issue of not being able to process a pay run.
Is it possible to varify if the declarer has been set up correctly?
Cheers
Debbie

Hi, @Debbie-KEAD
Thanks for your response and for providing the screenshot of the error message.
As per checking, the error message, "Looks like some of your payroll information doesn't meet ATO requirements" only means that there are details that need to be updated so that you will meet the ATO requirements. To do this, kindly click the Update details button and follow the prompts and fix the listed issues. For more information regarding the error message, kindly check The Help Article Troubleshooting a pay run with Single Touch Payroll reporting.
Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this.
Best regards,
Doreen

Doreen,
Thanks for your prompt responses. I did however have to talk to MYOB regarding the issue as it was to do with setting up a new declarer. Our ATO information was all accurate as we can process payroll using my sign-on and the issues only occurred with the new user.
It was resolved by signing into STP and updating the ATO settings. We had not completed this task fully hence the on going issues.
Issue is now resolved and thank you for your support.
Cheers
Debbie
