Your login to Pay Super may have timed out.
Hi Team,
I received this error message today:
Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. If you still can't, you may not be authorised to do this. You'll need to find someone who is.
When I attempt to login again, I receive the same message and am unable to pay Super.
This is a new issue never before seen.
I have restarted both Chrome and my computer.
I am the Administrator of this account.
I have only used Chrome with MYOB Essentials.
I have successfully made Super payments for the last four years.
Some help would be great!
