Unable to link document from intray

Unable to link document from the intray to a transaction. Have changed browsers, but same issue on both.

I regret to know that you're having an issue linking your documents from the In Tray to a transaction and I'll be glad to assist you with this. Is there any error message? Here is a screenshot - it times out after 2 minutes of the spinning wheel.

Our internet connection is fine.

Hi @Busygirlange,

 

Thank you for your response and for the screenshot. Please try to delete the bill and then create a new bill using the In Tray document by clicking the ellipsis which is the three dots button at the end of the document line and choose Create bill. Let me know how it goes.

It is a recurring transaction that I have set up, as it is a regular purchase, however there is no ability to link a source document. Could that be something that the tech team could look at implementing.
