Thank you for your response and for the screenshot. Please try to delete the bill and then create a new bill using the In Tray document by clicking the ellipsis which is the three dots button at the end of the document line and choose Create bill. Let me know how it goes.

It is a recurring transaction that I have set up, as it is a regular purchase, however there is no ability to link a source document. Could that be something that the tech team could look at implementing.
