Intray documents disappearing

I have lost everything from my Intray. It says there is nothing there when i opened it this morning.

    So I can investigate can you please send me a private message with your serial number and file ID with the issues (this can be found by going to help > About MYOB AccountRight).

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing this, can I please confirm if you are have recently upgraded your software ? If so can you please confirm which build version of AccountRight you are on? This can be found by going to help > About MYOB AccountRight.

     

    Additionally can you please try the following:

      No, we upgraded to 2019.4 a while ago.

      Have tried clearing the cache but the intray is still empty...
