Hi i have just gone into a clients myob business file and with regards to quotes and invoices we need to put letters in front of the quote but the system is not doing it automatically we need to do it manually.
the quote number that we are using at the moment is the following sequence QHD01234 is there anyway that it can be changed to this.

Welcome to the Community Forum. The way the software picks the Auto # is it will always use an 8 digit number, then the next time it will use that # + 1.
As the auto number will always fill in a numeric number, The only way for the invoice and quote numbers to start with QHD, is if you typed it in instead of using the automatic feature.
