MYOB App - Can't Sign in

Hi,

 

I attempted to open the mobile app on my phone this morning and was asked to enter a password.

 

The scren shows the following:

 

Sign in to your business

 

My company name

 

Administrator

 

Then in a cell it asks for password

 

For the life of me I do not remember the password.

 

What do I do now?

    Hi SMBSafety 

    If you can open the file in the desktop app, please go to Setup>>User Access>>Administrator and you should be able to overwrite the password and change it. After that is done, try logging in to the app with this new password and let us know if there are still any issues.
