I have been trying for a month to link a new essentials file to an AO client with teh partner dashboard. It keeps coming up with the error 'Client already linked'. Support appranetly fixed the issue but it persists. I have tried contact support again but no luck. My question is at what point do I give up trying to link this client?

If you are encountering a message indicating "This Client is already linked" you want to unlink the Client from the Business. This can be done by finding the business on the Online business page of your Dashboard before selecting Unlink. By doing this it should stop that client name from appearing for that business name.
