Banking Reconcile Accounts

Hello,

In old MYOB AccountsRight, Banking - Reconcile Accounts, there is “Action” button to spend money from cheque a/c to credit card a/c.

In new MYOB AccountsRight, there isn't "Action", only "Undo Reconciliation","Bank Entry"&"Get Statement".

Why is such difference?

If you do need to complete an action in the Reconcile Accounts window like entering a new transaction you would right-click on the window before selecting the required option.

In terms of entering a Spend Money transaction you would enter the Pay from Account being the account the money is coming from i.e. the main bank account and then have the allocation account i.e. account listed in the grid underneath the yellow section be the account the money is going into i.e. the credit card account. For example:

    Re "Action" cannot be found.

additional question - If pay from cheque a/c to credit card a/c, I cannot use Action - spend money because there is no credit card a/c, only suppliers I can choose.

The way i can do is to use Accounts - record journey entry or Accounts - transfer money. is it correct? Many thanks.
