Can't change pay frequency

Hi, I am trying to change the pay frequency for some employees from monthly to fortnightly. For some reason, one employee has their pay frequency greyed out and I am unable to change it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

is that employee set up as salary or hourly?

Hourly, they are casual.

Ok, I've answered my own query now. It's the fact they are casual. The other casuals (who are already fortnightly) also have their pay frequency locked. 

I've changed my problem one to permanent, changed the pay frequency, then changed them back to casual - problem solved.
