I just tried to process payroll using desktop version, I was told my organisation is not registered for single touch payroll, tried the browser version, and it allowed me to complete declaration. Just curious, I have been having to log in every time, to get into clients accounts, even if I have exited only 5 minutes before, is this going to be the normal routine moving forward? Deb Having to Authenticate everytime I log in. Hi all, Since the latest update, every time I log in I am having to authenticate, and this could be four to five times within the 24 hour time frame. I thought authentication was only required every 24 hours and not every time. Very frustrating, as a bookkeeper, I am in and out of clients files alot during the day. Would appreciate any comments, or if anyone else has this issue? Deb Re: On Line Invoice Hacked Hi Earl, Thanks so much for responding, I could not find a phone number to call, but did locate the security email, so have contacted via email and MYOB have responded along with a personal phone call. I don't believe it was a compromise via MYOB on line invoices being emailed, but with the clients email address. As at today I have had 3 more emails from MYOB security all stating different case numbers, and asking again for all the details. Its a pity MYOB don't look at the actual Case Number being referred to and stop creating additional Case Numbers, that just causes more stress for me, on top of what we have been through. Deb On Line Invoice Hacked So, second post in two days, this time just found out that a customer has had the online invoice I sent via account right was hacked, our bank details were changed and there was no green button to click on to access on line invoice. The summay I always include on the covering email "Please note, our banking details will never change unless stated "NEW BANKING DETAILS" as advised on invoice, you will also receive a letter to confirm change of details. If they differ from your current records, please refer to our office, prior to paying your account. Thank you." was deleted. I have full security on my computer and have run scans - no issues. I have run the session security audit, and no strange logs for the dates concerned my end. My question is, how did this happen, and is it safe to send emails via AcccountRight@apps.com. Any comments or advice, I have lodged this issue with MYOB security. Thanks. Log In not asking for Password Hi All, I have always needed to log in with email and password, when logging into Accountright, but tonight I am not being asked the password anymore. I have recently changed my password, and tried using the 2FA authenticator, which worked, but now I am not sure why I am not being asked for the password. I actually got logged out and could not get back in using the authenticator number provided, so I have logged into the online app and changed back to receiving 2FA via email, and at least I can get into Accountright, but it is still not asking for my password.
